The Academy might as well give Richard Taylor’s effects team the Oscar right now if only for Kong’s rampage through Manhattan and the brilliantly choreographed T-Rex battle. When there could have been thrilling action( when Kong was captured) they totally skipped it, therefore missing a part that could have made me much more excited about the film.
